WordPress admin page not loading

  Hi there

  You are my last resort – Godaddy who hosts my site in Sydney, doesn’t answer their phones. I have been trying to contact them from Greece and have given up holding on after more than two hours to both the Sydney and Melbourne numbers – pathetic service!
  Here is the problem: I usually log on through schady-muller.com/wp-admin/ to post progress on our round the world sailing. For the past two weeks, the page doesn’t open. I have checked my Godaddy and WordPress accounts and they are both paid up until 2019. Please can you tell me what to do? Much appreciated.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Alternatively contact your hosting provider, but it seems you already have.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
