  Hello again
  I totally understand that i can’t seek help without having a wordpress account , but the problem is that i can’t log in into my existing account , that’s why i created this account so i can have the possibility to contact you because i couldn’t find any number or email adress concerning you
  Please help me to find out a solution to this problem because i want to start a new business and i have all my trust on you to help with that ,
  I have send you a message with i screenshot showing my account details that i have delet after because it wouldn’t work

  If that is the correct domain name, the problem appears to be that it may have expired on September 19.

  If so, I recommend contacting your domain registrar’s support: https://www.namecheap.com/support/
