WordPress Admin Plugins Page is not accessible

  Unlike other forums that I saw, I did not add a new plugin, but was attempting to when I realise I can no longer access the plugins page, or any of the related plugins pages (add plugin, etc). I will just get a 504 gateway timeout.

  My site is still working but how will I be able to manage my current plugins, or add new ones?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
