WordPress and Adsense Plugins

Hello, I am trying to get adsense working for my blog. I need help wth javascript and getting that to work with wordpress. I also am wondering how or if there’s plugins that would automatically add Adsense adds to my past posts and current posts? Also is there a tutorial somewhere on how to get to plugins on your website or how to add them? I read a guide that says i’m suppose to upload them but I have no idea where or how I do that online.

http://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/If you require advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
