wordpress and my domain in Godaddy

    Can I have this website that I will build in the subdomain that I have already in Godaddy?

    Howdy –

    Yes, you can connect a domain from GoDaddy on to WordPress.com. There’s 2 different options to do that.

    1. transfer the domain to us, we assume the role as the registrar.
    2. map the domain through dns changes and leave it registered with GoDaddy.

    Connecting a domain requires that you upgrade the hosting plan on the account. The personal option will be a fine starting point because if the project needs additional features from the other plans you can always upgrade again.
