WordPress and PHPBB3 Integration

  I am looking for the best integration software/widgets for PHPBB3 and WordPress, I want to be able to achieve the following:

  1. Publish new posts into wordpress main site.
  2. Unified registration for both wordpress and phpbb3, I have configured separated database for the two.

  I was looking at onepress and wp_united, but given that I am new to all of this stuff, I need suggestions from the expert on one is the best out there, that will give me flexibility with both PHPBB3 and WordPress.
