WordPress and push notifications

Hello !
Just wondering if anyone knows of a plugin whereby a push notification could be sent to users asking a question, with the ability of the user to reply back with a yes or no response. Does anything like this exist? Would anyone like to build/develop it for me?

It looks like your blog is using the WordPress.org software from the open source WordPress.org project hosted on a third party site. Here’s a little bit more on those differences:
This forum is dedicated to support sites hosted on the WordPress.com service. Because of that, most of the support documents don’t apply to sites hosted on third-party services, and the forum isn’t equipped to field the broad array of questions that come up with WordPress.org sites.
You may get a much better response posting your questions to the WordPress.org support forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/
You can sign up for a username and password on that site using the register button at the top of the page.

Hi there. Nothing like this exists on WordPress.com that I know of. The closest thing I can see is the Webhooks feature, but I don’t think you can use that to send notifications to other people. https://en.support.wordpress.com/webhooks/
On WordPress.org self-hosted site you might be able to do this via a plugin, but not here. You can post in the WordPress.org forum for more information: http://wordpress.org/support/

P.S. Even if you could find someone to develop a plugin for you, you won’t be able to use it on WordPress.com, as we can’t install plugins here at all.
