WordPress and TSO Hosting

  Hello, Im a beginner setting up my own website. I’m looking at the WordPress business package but am not sure what hosting package I need to go with it?
  TSO hosting has been recommended but do I need this, and if yes what should I go for? – cloud or WordPress.
  Also I want to get a customised email but am not sure where I so to get this either?
  Sorry if these questions seem obvious to everyone else but I’m confused

  All hosting is provided by WordPress.COM for sites registered here. http://wordpress.com/pricing/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
