WordPress Android thumbnails

  A fellow blogger has her site showing up as thumbnails of every book review but mine shows entire review in order of posting. As you can imagine it is a much easier scroll through when just dealing with thumbnails. Please tell me how to set up the android version of my site to show just thumbnails and also at the bottom to have links to twitter facebook and email. The site I hope to emulate (just on mobile phone app) is joyfullyjay.com
