I have the WordPress app downloaded on my iPhone. In the past month or so I’ve noticed that I’m not receiving any recent notifications. When I go onto the notifications tab and refresh the page, it’s only showing notifications that I had over a month ago. I have deleted and redownloaded the app but the issue still isn’t resolved, and I’d like to be able to see my more recent notifications (the ones which I am normally seeing on the website whenever someone has liked or commented on my posts) Thank you!

Hi there,
Can you check that notifications are turned on for the app at Settings > Notifications on the device.
I’ve also tried changing a setting in your account on our side, so can you try logging out and back in once more.
Have you tried restarting your phone since this problem started? It could be that the app isn’t connecting to the internet properly, and a device restart can often help with that, so try that if the first two suggestions don’t work.
