  Am I to understand that if I go with the word press app that I am charged for it on an annual or monthly basis? In the past whenever I had a site that was a website builder I could buy the website design app and it was a one time charge. Is that no longer true?

  Can I just buy a website builder and be done with it with a one time charge? Or is the new program now that you get recruiter payments and also do you place ads on my website if I were to purchase WordPress
