WordPress App Crashing

  I’ve had the WordPress app on my iphone6 for six month without any problem. About a week ago it started crashing on me. I keep getting notifications that it cannot retrieve data. This happens on my iPad also. When I delete the app and re-download it, the information is there but the same problem happens again in an hour or so. Why is this happening and is there anything I can do to correct it? Thank you.

  You might do better to post this in the iOS forum rather than here: https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ They use a different log-in system, so if you don’t have a username for the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one.

  FWIW-sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app helps, but check in the forums there first.

  Thank you, I’ll try that. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times and unfortunately, it hasn’t helped.
