wordpress app not showing the latest posts

  I have a problem with the wordpress app, when someone comments on my post you can reply of course, next to this reply there’s your avatar right. Well when I click on my avatar it only shows my old posts (last that shows is Egypt) but this is not my latest post at all? so I’m guessing that people that follow me don’t get a notification of my new posts but they only see the old posts. Every time I get a like, it’s either on the post of Egypt but none on my new posts.

  What I do see is that I have 2 sites? I don’t know if it has anything to do with that? and if it does what can I do?
