WordPress > Appearance > Customize is loading forever and stuck at loading

  When I want to change appearance > customize the customize is just loading and can’t see any options to edit the theme or customize the favicon of my website please tell me a solution to this problem

  I tried deactivating all plugins and reactivating them but it does not work even after deactivating all plugins, all other settings are working find just this appearance > customize is not loading for me.
