  Hello,

  I am willing to move my website to WordPress but I would like to know prior if WordPress provides the features that I need.

  I am a Counsellor and through my website I will provide counselling questions (one-off questions). The client will be able to purchase a single question or a package of counselling questions. What I need is:

  – To be able to create Counselling Questions Packages ( for example, buy a package of 5 counselling questions).
  – To be able to count automatically the questions left for each questions package purchased.
  – The client to be able to ask a question at any time without any booking session procedure ( since I do not provide therapy sessions there is no need for appointment. The client should be able to ask a question at any time.).

  Could you, please, inform me whether I will be able to provide what I need to my clients in case I transfer my website to WordPress?

  That can be done via WooCommerce, and to do that here, you’ll need either a Business or eCommerce plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Thank you for your answer.

  Since you have mentioned the Woocommerce, I found out that in order to offer what I need in my website I will need the Woocommerce extension ”Smart coupons”. As I can see this extension is not free.

  Do you mean that it is free with one of these two WordPress plans you have mentioned?

  Hi there,

  The WooCommerce plugin is free no matter which plan or hosting provider you choose. However, to install it on WordPress.com you’ll need to purchase a Business or eCommerce plan.

  So, even having no knowledge of coding, I will be able to install the Woocommerce ”Smart Coupons” with either a WordPress Business or eCommerce plan?

  Exactly. Installing plugins and extensions is done via a dashboard. Furthermore, almost all of the configuration is done through a graphical interface and requires almost no coding.
