  What a joke! Haven’t used WP for a number of years and they just took money out of my account for no reason. Worst of all, there is no credit card to cancel in my profile to stop the auto renewal and there will s no way to contact WP because they don’t make it easy to make a complaint, hence my resorting to this avenue.

  I took a look, and the last purchase made here at WordPress.com under the account you’re currently logged into was in 2019 (and was refunded to you in full). There have been no other charges under your account since then.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
