WordPress are not answering me via support

I bought a domain but within seconds I knew I spelled it wrong it. I need to change it or refund. There is no reply from support……..why?

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. freespeschandexpression.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.
If however you over-react by prematurely deleting the underlying .wordpress.com that you were domain mapping to then you need Staff help. That is why I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

I deleted the site freespeshandexpression.com because of the wrong spelling within minutes of purchasing. This site is not on my dashboard.

It looks like Dustin responded to you a few hours ago. We work through our tickets from oldest to newest, so we do need to ask for your patience with these things. Our goal is to respond as quickly as possible to all support tickets. This is made more difficult when users create duplicate tickets (like this one) as we then have to spend more time to cross-link and reply in multiple places.
In the future, you can always cancel and refund a purchase through your My Upgrades page:
