WordPress asking for Charge of Service

I keep getting an email saying I need to update my credit card for a service I don’t use anymore. I have no credit cards on file for my services and no previous purchases listed on my manage purchases tab. I just want to talk with someone to fix this issue, but I keep getting rerouted to the public forum. I just want to talk to someone who works at WordPress to fix this. This isn’t a public question.

Hi @lucicreativeadmin, I understand. It sounds like you made the purchase with a different account, so we have a few options for looking that up.
– If you know what the account is, can you log out and log back in as that user, then reach out here? https://wordpress.com/help/contact — that should route to direct support if you’re using the right account.
– If you don’t know what the account is, can you find a previous charge? Then you can use the secure form at wpchrg.com to look up details, and then contact billing directly.
If neither of those options work for you, could you confirm the link to the site so we can point you in the best direction?
