WordPress asking viewers to put their email address

  I want to know if the email address of viewers should be for wordpress advert or for growing my blog and how to stop it. Or is it because I am using free surf.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I browsed your site and I was unable to see any popup or anything related to taking the email addresses of the users.

  Can you confirm the same ?

  @hotentertainmentblog we do have ads on free sites, but usually our ads don’t pop up or prompt for information.
