WordPress associated email

    Hey guys,

    I used to have a WordPress site > http://www.zigzagadelaide.com

With it, I’d generated an email address > (email visible only to moderators and staff), which was setup to redirect to my gmail inbox.

Zigzagadelaide.com is now defunct, as I’ve changed business names, which wasn’t an issue, until all emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) started to bounce, or be rejected.

It seems the redirect isn’t working as the actual site is no longer live.

What can i do here? How can I ensure that mail being sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) gets received by me? Can I re-open my site, in order to reinstate the email?

Any assistance appreciated here, a lot of emails have been bouncing, according to my clients, so it’s a bit of an issue and is quite urgent.

    Regards,
    Miles

  • Hi there,

Your domain zigzagadelaide.com expired and it’s now on hold. The only way to re-active those email addresses is by restoring the domain.

The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price of $18 and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
