WordPress Auto-pay Company Policies

    WordPress Support Staff,

    I formerly had a paid blog, soulwaterbody.org, but I have lost all of my login information but my username, ginyudance, and I no longer use the old email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), thus, I have no means of recovering my account to stop the auto-pay scheduled for later this month. My question is, if I establish insufficient funds, will you only attempt an auto-pay on the date scheduled, or will you try to take my money for a set number of days. Your website is showing completely inadequate support contact options — no email, no phone, no recovery without details. I am prepared to sue if this matter is not resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you.
