WHY don’t you have customer support like a real company?? I received an email on April 18th stating that I will be charged $180 for auto renewing my pro subscription on May 18th. I do NOT have any subscriptions. I do NOT have auto renew on. I do NOT have any payment methods saved, so I do not know why WordPress has the card on file that they mention in the email. Please confirm I will not be charged.
