  Hello,
  My plan autorenewed on December 16 for $104.88 and I was hoping that I could get some help cancelling that and finding out if I can get back a credit. Unfortunately, I haven’t ever been able to get my site up and running and I didn’t realize that autorenewal was on. I would really appreciate help in resolving this. I would absolutely love to come back to WordPress after I have the time necessary to get a site up and running but I am really hoping to avoid paying for another year of not having that running as it should. I have cancelled but now I am struggling to get a response about a refund and cannot use the chat feature. I would appreciate any help.
