WordPress back-end cURL error 28

Hi everyone, I encountered difficulties in mine website.
In this Monday, I try to check update info on WordPress wp-admin page.
Since Ive checked that, I get cURL error 28 with three functions as follow:
1. wp_version_ckeck()
2. wp_check_browser_version()
3. wp_check_php_version()
Each function will cause high time cost, even time out(http code:504).Now I is difficultyly enter each wp-admin page, ex. pluging page、edit post page …etc
Is there anyone know reason?
BTW front-end page is work normally.
