WordPress back end is too slow!

    I’ve noticed that past two days that when I’m working in my back end in wordpress that its gone horribly slow! Updating posts, drafts, and even clicking “plugin” tab along with other tabs results in about a 10 second delay.

    Can anyone tell me whats going on?
