wordpress backend access denied

  I created a user ID which I accidentally put on theadministrator role, now I have blocked other access from a plugin and now the admin’s dashboard and the other user ID’s dashboard have become the same and the admin has been denied all access. so that i can’t see or open any options from wordpress dashboard also can’t edit anything.

  so how can i get my admin access back so that i can process further with my dsahboard
