WordPress backup
-
Hi, I built a website at the beginning of the year up to May, and then I cancelled my WordPress Business plan. I now have restarted my plan and am unable to restore my site to how it was before the plan reverted to the free one. I am not sure how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there,
It looks like you were able to restore your site from a backup. If not, you can do so from your dashboard under Jetpack > Activity log. Locate the restore point your wish to restore to and select the Restore button.
We also have a great help document on the entire process here:

Follow the steps in this guide to restore your website to how it was before your plan expired. Step 1: Renew Your Plan The first step to restore your site is to upgrade to a Business or Commerce plan again. Do this as quickly as possible because the site’s plugins are removeHope this helps!
