wordpress banner in the way of menu on my free plan website, wasn’t before but now a proplem.

    hi everyone,

    so i was editing my site and all well until i noticed that he banner that says updgrade and trey wordpress to visitors is in the wayof the menu. but this was never a proplem before and i would like to find a way to fix the proplem because it looks unprofessinal and spamy when it moves, it was still before which was fine but now it moves with the page.

  • Hey there, thank you for letting us know. The banner you see on your side is a “placeholder” of sorts that shows where an ad will display on a free site. It will go away when you upgrade, or if you don’t upgrade, it will just advertise that your site was built on our services and invite your readers to make a site for themselves.

    It shouldn’t be overlapping your content, though. Normally it sticks to the top of the page, much like your black toolbar does.
