WordPress beginner needs help

Hello, guys
I am a IT student of a college and I got a task which requires me give solutions for business needs. the task topic is below:ADDITIONAL OPEN SOURCE SOULTIONS
Hamsterley Forest Activity Centre have the following business needs that they would like you to identify, install and configure solutions for 2 of the following:
• Volunteer rota / availability
• Time monitoring for specific projects
• Cycle location / route monitoring
• Wildlife monitoringI need to choose 2 business needs and implement them into my WordPress website, but I don’t know that what plugins or somethings else can be used to achieve these business needs. So can you give me some tips and suggestions.

Right now you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software that it sounds like you’re using. That software is made by the community over on WordPress.org, and I think they’ll be better able to help you with what you’d need for these different types of use cases:

That said, your best bet is really to just search for what you need. Searching Google for
wordpress plugin for volunteer signups and rotalead me to https://wordpress.org/plugins/pta-volunteer-sign-up-sheets/, and if you click on any of the tags in the sidebar on that plugin page, you’ll find multiple other options, for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/volunteer/If you find a specific plugin that looks promising but you have questions, you can then post directly in the support forums for that plugin.
