WordPress Billing

  I cannot find if my wordpress account has been set up for automatic billing. If not, I need to do it ASAP.
  How can I check, and how can I set it up? I have recently changed website support companies, and I ‘ll need to handle the WordPress account directly now. Please send detailed information or a telephone # where I can speak with someone. I will also need a list of fees for WordPress.

  Hi Burke – The WordPress.com account that you’re writing in from doesn’t have any current upgrades and has not since 2011. Do you have a second WordPress.com account?

  Hello,
  As far as I know, I do not have another WordPress account. But, my current account is not free – is it? I do not utilize it frequently, but I want to keep it active, for sure – and I do not want to lapse in any way.

  I just figured that my billing info must be stored somewhere, and I want to keep it up to date.

  Hi there – It is free now. You previously had a Custom Design upgrade, but it expired over a year ago. You can purchase it again if you like (it’s $30 per year) or just keep the blog without it.
