As far as I know, the account I use is the admin. However, in our billing history there is no record of a monthly or yearly charge for our WordPress plan. Is it possible to get that added?

Our site is not hosted with WordPress. I’m hoping since this issue is about us potentially getting our site for free that someone with WordPress will notice and help resolve. I cannot risk this causing a shutdown of our site. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi there! If your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com then it would not generally need a WordPress.com plan. Our plans are for adding features to sites that we host; but if your site uses the free WordPress software which comes from WordPress.org then generally you would be paying hosting charges to your host instead.
Essentially, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
