    I’ve submitted a ticket last week to ask for clarifications on why I was charged on May 20 and May 22 2024 for an annual subscription for the exact same plan only to be charged again on Aug 20th as I did not see the subscription showing up. I’ve asked for the transaction to be refunded by to no avail. Please advise as I’m not receiving any help.

    I’d like to add that it has been 4 days since I contacted WordPress and I have not received a single reply. I wonder if anyone else is having the same/similar issue in which WordPress support has not replied despite multiple attempts to contact on urgent issues.

    Hi there, the problem with multiple attempts is that it pushes your ticket down in the support queue.

    Do you see your charges/purchases in your Purchases dashboard? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases If you don’t see them there, head to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the requested information. That will tell you what the charge is for and/or give you information on how to contact the billing team. Do not share any transaction or financial info here in our public forums.

    Regardless, I’ve also flagged your thread for staff attention. If you want to continue the process here, please be patient for staff to reply. Thanks.

    Hello,

    I appreciate the flagging as I could not find the charges in my purchase history but it showed up in my bank statement. I did have another charge on the same day on May 20th but it was refunded later, meaning that I was charged twice for the same annual plan which I later paid for again only recently in August. I’d like to ask for a refund on the annual subscription charges back on May 20th and May 22nd. Thank you.

    I need to raise a purchase order but my institution needs to know if the bank account will be in the UK or ‘foreign’ before I can do that. I know the payments are expressed in GBP but is the bank account that it will be transferred into UK or US/other please?
