  I recently joined wordpress and created a blog. I am new to this but I would like to put a donate button in my blog but I don’t see a plug-in setting. Where or how can I make this possible??

  Any help or suggestions please

  YOu search the Support documents for “Donate button” or “Paypal” and you’ll find instructions http://support.wordpress.com/ You do not need plugins.

  Any other widget that I look for, the installation instructions keep saying activate plug-in. Am I limited to stuff because I created a blog and not a website??

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.com hosted blogs and we cannot install any plugins. They are for WordPress.ORG installs. Read this pleas http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Results here http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/ and that’s the guide to the only way to successfully post a PayPal donation button on any WordPress.COM hosted blog.
