WordPress BLOG able to get into & WordPress Website locked out. NEED HELP!

  I have a WordPress BLOG I can get into. I also have a WordPress Website that is hosted by another site and was built by a friend for me years ago. He is moved on and has no idea of password or email he used. I only know user name but CANNOT GET INTO redo the website 3 yrs later. PLEASE PLEASE HELP me get into WordPress WEBSITE back admin without a working email it is linked to?
