WordPress blog author name not visible

When queried by author name on search engines, no results come up showing the WordPress sub domains the author is contributing to. I want the website to be shown in search results when I type my name on google. How should I do this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Plan – free
Single author -
On some themes the author name will only appear if there is more than one author. But that doesn’t seem to the be issue here since I see your profile at the end of each post in single post view and you do have an author page at https://ideaspendown.wordpress.com/author/vietzwah/
Getting good search engine returns for your name, or any keyword, has to do with providing them with fresh, relevant content. Looking at your site, you aren’t publishing new public posts very often or recently.
