WordPress blog in 2 different languages, with 2 different URL’s

    I need to make a site for a school using WordPress, and I need it to have the option to switch the whole blogs interface over from Swedish to Finnish, along with switch the content to the right language. I also need it to somehow select the right language depending on what URL you request the site with, this can be done by routing one domain straight into the blog and the other to a link with the language parameter set or any other way as I can work with the hosting company to achieve it.

    What system/plugin would you guys recommend? I don’t really need anything complicated as I want the teachers at the school to be able to do most admin work themselves.
