  CohesiveIdeas.Wordpress.com says its reserved but a blog has not been built yet. Can I get this domain since it is my company name? Can you tell me who owns it in case its reserved under another email address i own?

  When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username.

  Staff can verify whether or not you are the owner. Please be patient while waiting for their response in this thread, which I have flagged for Staff attention.

  Since you own the same username, you can register that blog by visiting https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/ while logged in.
