WordPress Blog on Other Server

  Is there a way to integrate a WordPress blog onto a company website using its own server?

  Blog – http://www.wwpi.wordpress.com
  Website – http://www.wwpi.com

  Can we pay for an upgrade to achieve this? If not through WordPress, what are some other good options?

  It can’t be done exactly as posted. You can export the blog, for instance using RSS or entirely exported, but then it’s not part of the WordPress.com community, it’s just a self-hosted blog. You can link to the blog from the website, but that doesn’t mean the google juice from the blog will apply to the site; it won’t.

  Best bet would be to grab the wordpress software from http://wordpress.org and install it within your webspace. You can do some trickery with iframes but in the long run, that’s just more headaches and won’t work with some browsers.

  By the way, the correct link is http://wwpi.wordpress.com The ‘www’ bit is incorrect in this case as the ‘wwpi’ bit takes the place of it. 30% of the folks on teh net and all teh major search engines ignore or can’t use such a link.
