WordPress Blog Posts are not showing up in the reader (using tags)

  I always make sure to use tags in my blog posts ( tags like beauty, makeup, skincare…etc) and I publish my post. But then when I go to reader they do not show up. My Blog is https://kitcattriesthat.wordpress.com/. I don’t use more than 3 tags for each posts and only one category per post. I also allowed search engines to index the site.
