  Hi,

  I am trying to renew: http://www.elisemccune.com

  I had a renewal email (to my old email address) and when I click on the link I can only UPGRADE which I don’t want to do. I had an email to my old address suggesting I change to automatic deductions from my credit card each year and I am happy to do that but don’t know how.

  I do want to keep my .com name (I think it must have something to do with the security that I have on my blog ‘What Elise Wrote’…many thanks for your help …cheers elise…

  It seems to be tied to a different WordPress.com account. If you have any other email addresses, try them at:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  You can then check those inboxes for any password resets. That’ll help you get into your other account(s) here, where your domain may be renewed at:
