WordPress Blog sent to wrong Facebook account

  I connected my blog (www.umamikitchensecrets.wordpress.com) to one of my facebook accounts (Teddi Dickson) but it is not the facebook account I want my blog feeding to. How do I change it to the right facebook account (Umami Kitchen Secrets)?
