WordPress blog settings different then installed blog settings

I have a bigpips305.wordpress.com blog and I have installed wordpress on my hosting account with godaddy.
http://www.pittspolitics.com/wordpress. A lot of the support I see guides you to go to settings, settings that are
only avaialbe on my bigpips305 dashboard. I didnt realize this till just recently. The blog I already have setup, pittspolitics is the main site, and that is one id like to trasnfer everying over to http://www.pittspolitics.com not /wordpress
and a lot of other issues. Can anyone help me in regards? -
Afraid you’re in the wrong forum and need to be over at WordPress.org. Our software is different here and we can’t help you.
