WordPress blog transfer

  I have a wordpress blog, hosted on wordpress.com. My blog is doing pretty well – I’ve got ~150-200 visits per day. I’ve bought a domain name and I’ve got hosting and I want to move my blog there. I can transfer my blog data, but what is the best way to keep (as much as it’s possible) the traffic. I can’t set redirect header and I can’t change the address from my google webmaster tools, because it’s hosted on wordpress.com. So what to do – to dublicate the content, to delete each post from the old blog or to replace each post from the old blog with a link to the new one?
