  I bought a WordPress blogsite through Go Daddy that crashed. How do I get support?

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, it sounds like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
