wordpress bot accounts

  I have had likes and followers from what I would describe as ‘bot’ accounts eg these, all of which were started in March this year:

  If it is not possible for WordPress to block these bot accounts then I’m going to stop using it altogether. It’s a form of stalking or trolling and I am fed up with it.
