Definition of “Concern” do you understand the word, let me help you:
    1. To have to do with or relate to:
    2. To be of interest or importance to.
    3. To engage the attention of; involve.
    4. To cause anxiety or uneasiness in.

This does not give you the right to prevent freedom of speech, my content is of truth and nothing more, The Freedom of Information Act gives everyone the right to access information held by the public sector this rights in common, statute and European law and within this action mean the people involved are protected.
So this warning of your “Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog. Please click here to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue and re-enable posting.” is un-lawful does not give you the right to prevent further posting, but clear up any issues you may have via a message or comment of your concerns.

I am confused. Which part of this is not clear:

“Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog. Please click here to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue and re-enable posting.”

And it has nothing to do with the Freedom of Information Act, Patriot Act, US Constitution, Declaration of Human Rights, Freedom of Speech or any act in any country on this planet (or any other, just to be sure).

What does apply is our Terms of Service – you read them all when you signed up. I suggest you read them all again.

Do what the warning note says.
