WordPress Bug?

  Hi, some days ago i am logging in into my WP and suddenly i had a pop up notification on the bottom corner of my screen, it says “live chat”. but when i use it, kinda pretty weird appearance. is it a bug?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. It is a means of getting Staff support.

  i forgot to mention that for my life time, it only appeared once. when i try to sign out and sign in again it doesnt appear. thats why i curious.. how can i acces the live support?

  I ignore it. It is an experiment available only on some blogs that are not blogs with Business upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/
