  Hi, I keep getting blank emails from my site starting in early April.

  Hi there,

  Is this for mipcrc.org.hk? That’s the URL in the email address visible in your second screen shot.

  If so, that site isn’t hosted on our servers, and we don’t have any control over either your site or the emails that get sent out from it.

  The forum you’re posting now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. But your site is hosted at Siteground.com, and using the open source version of WordPress made by the community on WordPress.org.

  For more help with this, you can try asking in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, or Siteground support might also be able to help you, depending on what exactly is causing this.
