wordpress bug problem

    我想問說，我的主網域https://happypetsol.com/
    主網域的操控面板當開啟element外掛功能時，我點選文章撰寫，使用element撰寫文案，開啟點選後element編輯時會當機，然後我換另一個外掛brizy 來撰寫，也不太正常，點選的畫面沒有icon示意圖。 目前找不到解決方法，也不知道可以問誰
    另外，如果我用建立子網域的時候，裡面的操控面板使用element 與brizy軟件都可以正常使用。唯有主網域沒辦法。

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
