  Hi, I work for a large public body and noticed that the page is showing a 502 bad gateway message, please advise when this will be resolved

  I have 3 websites with WordPress and only one is on a Business Plan, which is down. I had contact with helpdesk earlier and they said they are working on it.

  Hi folks, if all your sites are on the Business plan, you are eligible for direct support when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact as long as you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade. Regardless, I’ve also flagged this thread for Staff attention.
